Ready to Join the MMS?
You must be 18 years of age or older to fill out our application. If you are not an adult, you need to have a parent or legal guardian apply for a family membership fill out this form and list you as their minor child.
Family memberships are available to members who all reside in the same household. Student memberships are available to adults who are currently attending school on a full-time basis.
Each adult member must provide a valid and separate email address to assure that their liability waiver is read and signed independently. Please do not provide shared email addresses.
Once you submit the application form, you’ll be redirected to the payment page where you will pay for your membership using a PayPal account or a major credit card.
If you have been a member in the past, but your membership has expired, please get a renewal link or simply log in so you can renew instead of joining again.
NAMA (the North American Mycological Association) holds national and regional forays and other events. Because of our affiliation, MMS members get a discount on their NAMA membership dues when they join and renew.
When you join NAMA online, select the Individual/Family – Member of Affiliated Club plan and then select your local club’s name from the Clubs menu on the registration form.
